Trade Manager Capabilities

Trade Manager features comprehensive functionality to automate the middle-office of tier 1 firms:

• ETC Gateway
  Provide connectivity with external trade allocation and confirmation channels. Supported networks include OASYS (Direct), OASYS Global (Direct), FI X, and Fax/Telex. Proprietary and custom channels are supported via "Plug In" architecture.
   
• Notice Of Execution
  Partially or fully figure summarized trade executions for delivery to customers. This can be sent by report or electronically via the ETC Gateway.
   
• Allocation Capture
  Manage the lifecycle of customer allocations from validation to capture, maintenance, and archive. Allocations can be received pre- or post-trade by electronic or manual means.
   
• Allocation
  Create customer trade legs by allocating the executed trade quantity across customer allocations. Pre-allocated, under-filled orders can be processed using a number of algorithms.
   
• Booking
  Enrich trades with information required for booking (e.g., legal entity, execution venue, capacity, et cetera). Generate additional trade legs for inter-entity trades if necessary. Automatically detect and process amends and cancel/corrects.
   
• Figuration
  Determine appropriate money amounts for all tickets. Calculate all taxes, fees, levies, and commissions using a highly configurable charge rule manager to respond as fee structures change globally.
   
• Trade Capture
  Manage the lifecycle of trades from validation to capture, maintenance, and archive.
   
• Trade Confirm
  Enrich trades with settlement information, formats confirmations for electronic or text based distribution, and send them via the appropriate delivery channel(s).
   
• Audit Trail
  Record changes to any entity to produce an audit trail.
