		EDWARD HOOFNAGLE, CFA, CPA Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (USA) With significant experience in technology related management consulting, Ed combines industry thought leadership with deep technology expertise to design core strategies that ensure the success of businessware and its client companies. Prior to launching ebusinessware, he was the Director of eBusiness in the Global Financial Risk Management Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he advised wholesale financial institutions on the design and implementation of ebusiness strategies and technology deployment. Ed was a founding designer of Financial Products Markup Language (FpML). Past experiences also include the implementation of firmwide intranet based risk management applications and global derivatives trading systems. Before joining PwC, Ed was the Director of Risk Infrastructure for Group Santander where he led several cross-border technology implementations in a multi-cultural, multi-linguistic environment. He also served as the Head of Market Risk for the Investment Bank. Prior to joining Santander in 1995, Ed was a principal consultant in Pricewaterhouse Financial Services Industry Practice. Ed graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B. S. in Accounting from The School of Management at Syracuse University. He maintains active CFA and CPA designations. Ed is leading authority in the market and credit risk management field along with Credit Derivatives Trading and Credit Derivative Straight thru processing. Ed is foremost pioneer in procuring and later conceptualizing ebusinessware's leading Reference Data Management Workflow System and taking it to the end-to-end business process management outsourced service. Ed has also been involved in working closely with John Lingner to hone ebusinessware's Wealth Management practice.

		SANJEEV MIDHA Group President and Chief Technology Officer (USA) Sanjeev has been building complex financial applications for last twenty years. His areas of expertise include forming teams, project management, financial systems, system architect and data architecture. Sanjeev specializes in working with geographically remote teams to implement large scale projects that employ proven design and project management methodologies. Before joining ebusinessware, Sanjeev was a principal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Financial Risk Management practice where he advised Fortune 500 clients on issues relating to ebusiness and information technology. Before joining PwC, he was the head of the IT unit at the investment banking arm of Santander Investment. Throughout his career, Sanjeev has worked in different countries, spread over five continents. He has a successful track record of getting quality projects done in a timely and cost effective manner. Sanjeev taught several programming languages at the New School for Social Research, NY on a part-time basis. While at Citibank and Santander Investment Inc., he taught a financial-basics curriculum to developers. Sanjeev earned his undergraduate degree in Engineering in India in 1981. He holds a Masters in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from The Stern School of Business at NYU. He has also attended the Executive Development program at Wharton. Sanjeev is the author of various white papers on topics ranging from Uni-RAD project lifecycle methodology to offshore development strategies. Sanjeev has been building state of the art risk management systems including market and credit risk management. He also directed the architecture team to develop Credit Derivatives Trading System and Credit Derivative Straight thru processing application. He worked closely with Industry group to create a leading Reference Data Management Workflow System which was later productized as a tool kit and business process management outsourced service from ebusinessware's India offices. He has also been instrumental in creating Sales CRM system along with data warehousing and data mining solution for Annuity businesses and an Order Routing and Trade Management system.

		JOHN LINGNER Head - Asset Management Consulting Group (USA) For over 20 years, John has been instrumental in building businesses from the ground up for major financial services corporations. He has a unique blend of management, sales and marketing skills combined with a deep knowledge of information technology. Prior to joining ebusinessware, John was an independent consultant advising clients on strategic planning, revenues, cost control, risk containment, information systems, product development and product management. Prior to forming his own financial services consulting firm, John spent more than 15 years at UBS PaineWebber. As a Senior Vice President, John was responsible for the design, development and implementation of all areas of technological infrastructure required to create the Investment Consulting Services Division and its associated products. The products included managed accounts consulting, proprietary funds, commingled funds, investment advisor research and financial planning. John created and implemented strategies to deliver enhanced applications for both Financial Advisors and clients over the web. At UBS, he was also responsible for the ongoing management of the strategic development group, information systems group, account administration, block trading desk and client reporting group. John began his career as a Financial Advisor and Managed Accounts Consultant with E.F. Hutton and PaineWebber. He also served as an applications consultant to Lotus Development Corporation in the development of Financial Advisor workstations. John holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of olorado School of Business as well as Series 7, 63, 65, 24, commodities, insurance and variable annuity licenses.

		RAJESH ABHYANKAR Director - Annuities and Sales CRM (USA) Rajesh has dedicated over 12 years in mastering the art of software development and delivered innovative solutions to clients around the world in various domains ranging from Financial Services, Engineering, Travel, Telecom, and Media. He has made numerous contributions to the organizations in building our offshore Center of Excellence, the world-class UniRAD Process Framework and most notably his recent strategic approach in setting up a practice with focus on the Annuities business domain and the Sales CRM domain. With this focus, Rajesh's practice has recently successfully developed and deployed two major systems for the Annuities division of one of our Fortune 100 clients. The first system is an integrated large data warehouse solution based on the Oracle platform used for standard reporting as well as analytical needs for strategic decision making. The second system is a Sales CRM system based on the E.piphany platform. Both the systems are now in production and ebusinessware, inc. continues to enhance and maintain them. 		ASHU CHADHA Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer and Managing Partner (ASIA PACIFIC) Ashu is one of the founder members of the offshore unit of ebusinessware in India. She played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and initiating the ebusinessware "Center of Excellence". Ashu, at ebusinessware, India, facilitates all activities of 'People Service Center', Business Development and assists in monitoring quality of work across global locations. She leads the mammoth tasks of Global Human Resource Functions, Client Development and Co-ordination, as well as manages the office management with overall administrative, account responsibilities. Human Resource Management Strategies, Job analysis, Orientation and Placement, Organizing trainings and Quality Circles and overall development of Asia Pacific Support Sales Team are her key areas of responsibilities. In addition to this, co-ordination amongst US, Australia, India, Singapore, and UK teams, as well as liaison with vendors, agents, suppliers and government organizations is also handled by her. Ashu has an extensive experience in the field of Administration. Prior to joining ebusinessware, she was working with D.P.Y.A. in Mumbai as a senior member. 		MARK DAVIS Director - Wealth Management Technology (USA) Mark has focused the last 15 years providing consulting services to the financial industry on technology related concerns. His primary interests are to provide expertise in the development of strategic corporate technology initiatives in time critical environments while constraining or reducing costs. Before joining ebusinessware, Mark worked independently for various financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs and UBS PaineWebber. His efforts concentrated on the managed money business and the development of multi-strategy portfolios (MSP), where he provides product advice, technology architecture and operational workflow. Prior to this Mark worked principally as a software architect integrating and developing performance measurement, portfolio modeling and client data delivery systems. Other systems related projects include the project management of Brinson’s Institutional money manager portal and the management and implementation of the City of New York’s largest E-business engagement with IBM. Mark also developed and ran an Internet service provider where he developed a variety of vertical market applications for consumer goods web sites, order tracking and distributions systems. He has also authored various web based software packages, including the RAC architecture which allowed for the development of dynamic web pages containing imbedded scripting language and Mydbi which is a web based database interface and is currently in use by many of his previous clients.

		SUDHIR DHINGRA Director - Financial Data Operations (INDIA) With over seven years of extensive experience in the financial services industry, his primary responsibilities include providing strategic inputs for successful execution of financial data management projects. He also operates in the capacity of business analyst for financial software projects. He conducts training programs for both – data analysts as well as a team of software engineers. Prior to ebusinessware, Sudhir worked in various capacities; as an independent Capital Market Strategist - providing consulting services on trading strategies, as a business analyst for (www.outlookmoney.com) - India’s premium personal finance portal & as a retail banker with a renowned nationalized bank. Sudhir earned his B.E (Mechanical Engineering) degree from PEC, Punjab University. He also holds an MBA (Finance) from University of Rajasthan.

		MASOOD KHATRI Director - Insurance Technology (USA) Masood has over 12 years experience in architecting, building, supporting and managing financial applications. With deep technology experience and excellent track record in delivering and implementing various technology initiatives within budget and on schedule. Masood has been running and growing his insurance practice since many years where his team is responsible for providing production support for various mission critical systems. An entrepreneur with only one goal of increasing business by providing quality service to our clients by leveraging our center of excellence and existing client processes, he is a strong believer of teamwork. Having a strong business and technology background he brings ebusinessware a perfect blend of sales and people management capabilities. During his long journey he has pioneered the art of project estimation and to deliver the same on schedule. Masood has also successfully scaled his team to a very larger size in order to support seasonal project demands of the client. 		JEFFREY URDANG Director - Business Development (USA) Jeff has 15 years of experience at financial services firms including Citibank and Merrill Lynch as well as software firms that serve the financial services industry. Jeff's involvement in financial services includes a strong focus on the use of technology to implement business strategies. After leading the business team on Merrill Lynch's first web application for retail brokers, Jeff was appointed CFO and Director, Financial Services at a venture-funded business rules software company (MultiLogic). Jeff also led the strategic push of a software company (Jnana) into financial services. Jeff's clientele included Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, MONY, and UBS PaineWebber. Jeff began his career with KPMG in its financial services audit practice in New York, and he is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Jeff holds a B.A. in Economics from Williams College as well as an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business.

		VIVEK CHANDOLA Director - Risk Modelling and Credit Derivatives Straight Thru Processing (USA) Vivek has been working on complex software development for a long time. He has been the architect of large number of Java - J2EE systems ever since it became a mainstream technology.
